The Release Date Thread

Just thought I'd create a single thread for all the release dates. If you are able to track down any release dates for your part of the world, share them here. The latest confirmed dates:

North America:

All platforms: October 14th

Tentative dates:

Australia:

The dates I was told the other day (October 5th and October 7th) are inaccurate. The North American release date is October 7th, so October 5th is obviously wrong, and I feel certain in saying we won't get the game the same day its released in the USA and Canada. I haven't heard any other dates, but I predict a delay of anything from a week to a month (based on previous years).

UPDATE: With the new North American release date, the Australian release is again uncertain. Some sources list October 31st as the release date - thanks to chipper for the info.

New Zealand:

j0hn21 has informed us that the release date for New Zealand is October 9th.

UPDATE: October 9th is certainly now incorrect, as the US release has been pushed back. My guess is that the release date will be the same as Australia (October 31st)

Holland:

October 16th (my birthday, as it happens ) is the expected release date for Holland, according to JP_Frost.

Germany:

TheBigEasy reports that the current release date for Germany is November 7th.

France:

The release dates for France are October 22nd (PS2) and October 23rd (All other platforms). Thanks to K-Mart.6

Austria:

JohnnyKnoxville has informed us that the current release date for Austria is November 7th.

Greece:

The expected release for Greece is early November (possibly the 7th). Thanks to Jimi_Hendrix.

Sweden:

Uzumaki has discovered the release dates for Sweden are October 16th (PC) and October 17th (PS2).

Hong Kong:

kume has been able to dig up a date for Hong Kong - October 16th - but that date is almost certainly subject to change.

Brazil:

According to TamuraBR, the release date for Brazil is October 15th

United Kingdom:.

According to JasonLin, the expected release date for the UK is October 24th.

it is scheduled to be released on the 9th of October here in New Zealand. hopefully there wont be any delays. Last year for live 2003 it came out the same day it was scheduled to be released so i hope its the same for live 2004.

it's october 16th for us live fiends in holland.

According to Amazon.de NBA Live 2004 will be released on the 24th of October over here in Germany...

According to amazon.at and dschungel.com, all versions will be released on October 24 here in Austria (same date as Germany, as usual...)

Oct. 7th can't come any slower !!

There's a possibility the North American release will be pushed back to October 14th. I haven't been able to confirm that though.

UPDATE: The North American release date is indeed October 14th. The list has been updated accordingly.

WHAT!!!!! i can't wait! why they move that release? i thought its gonna be Oct. 7th?

I'm not sure why the release was pushed back, I'm just reporting the fact.
