you probably find that they didn't make 'real' losses, they would've actually made 'accounting' losses....there are ways to increase your losses in one year in order to make subsequent year's profits better (it's called the 'bath effect')....so there could definitely be more than meets the eye

honestly, I don't really know exactly what happened with Enron....I don't think it was what I was referring to....I think Enron doctored with their figures a bit more & were a little too creative....

What Enron did was the opposite of what X was referring. Enron doctored their figures to make it appear they are actually gaining profit.
