No, in all cases, sellers will not send a product until they receive payment. That's the big risk I guess, you could pay for something and not get anything... that's why you look for sellers with high ratings.

thanks too brokenwings. i never tried ebay. i'm leaning towards it right about now. gonna buy comics there. i have been buying comics at their official sites and i end up paying the price doubled. ebay offer cheap ones so i guess its cool, unless i pay'd up then i wont get my product. that would be hell :twisted:

I bought my XBOX on Ebay, I was so close to sueing the little bastard. He said it was a brand-new XBOX still in it's case. I got it A MONTH LATER! And it's in a cardboard box, hardly any packaging, the controller he sent me didn't work (looked like it is about 1 year old and has food all over it) and he sent me PS2 CORDS FOR MY XBOX! What the hell is that.

So I called him but he was never home, his MOM always answered it. Why do I have a feeling Alfonso (that was his name) is like an 11 year old kid? GOd damn, that was my worse experience on Ebay. I normally have good success but that Alfonso guy is a dick. (N)

Yeah I was going to take him to court but I had to file all this stuff through ebay and ebay was being a bitch. It was taking too damn long so I just gave up.

actually, if you bid on something and you decide you don't want it, you have the option to not buy it, but after a couple refusals, you can be banned from eBay.
