Chingy is HIPHOP, but not rap. He is more of a club rapper (made up word
) where he like have beats that people like to dance to and sing the chorus too.

2pac etc, great rappers, i respect them, all these other turds that seem to think that talking about bitches and hoes is good rapping can go fuck themselves
Matt wrote:no doubt, but as far as the general public is concerned rap is about hoe's, rims, money and wearing 10 pounds of jewelry. You have to search for good rap that isn't shit, all the good rap is conscious, with a few exceptions. Nappy Roots for example make more references to chicken than any rapper does to guns.
You do know that a lot of this rap is made for clubs, you can't really have Pac's Brenda's Gotta Baby playing in a club you need some stupid generic music that all the stupid teeny boppers with nod their air filled heads to.

I'm waiting more on Nas' album "Streets Disciple" and Talib Kweli's "The Beautiful Struggle" more than I'm awaiting new stuff from Opeth, Soilwork or Good Charlotte.

Don't worry there's not too many rock fans waiting on that album either.
