I'm 5'8" and 135 that is mad skinny.

I just had 7 soft tacos from TacoBell and a Large Mountain Dew today (thats what a normal trip to TB is like for me) and I eat like that all the time, and I dont gain an ounce :(

wisdom_kid, drink or eat lots of protein. Soy milk, tofu, egg whites, are just some great sources of protein.

If you want to gain weight the only way is to do it naturally through HARD WORK. The fast and easy way is also the unsafe and illegal way.

But to each their own, you'll be living off welfare when you grow up. Which is a shame that the tax payers money must go to bums like you who have no motivation to help themselves.

Well gaining weight by getting "fat" isn't really the correct way to go about it. Lifting weights and eating properly is probably the best advice I can offer.
