Close grip/Wide grip bench press
Hammer curls
Lateral Pulldowns
Seated Rows
Tricep Pulldowns
Chest Fly
3x8 (3 sets of 8 reps each)
Leg Extensions/Curls
Calf Raises
Straight Leg deadlift(do it with light weight, its more for the stretch)
Leg Press/Leg Sled
