The only thing you got to do is set up 4 cones and put like 3-4 feet between them. You go past the first cone with a crossover, then on the 2nd cone go behind your back, then 3rd cone spin move and 4th cone between the legs. Repeat etc.
That's a drill we do in HS bball conditioning. Another way to improve is by dribbling a tennis ball to improve your control.
I hear Nash used to dribble tennis balls to improve his ball handling. you might want to try that
just noticed.... why did you have to inadvertently include (basketball) ?
