Kahn has spent the past seven weeks meticulously interviewing candidates and has settled on Lakers assistant Kurt Rambis, ESPN analyst Mark Jackson and Houston assistant Elston Turner.
From the sounds of it, Kahn is looking to completely overhaul the roster (apparently one of the reasons McHale was ousted) in the near future so whoever ends up with the job probably won't be expected to work miracles. That said, they might not be around all that long since a couple of losing seasons are probably in the Timberwolves' immediate future and as we all know, the blade usually falls on the coach in those situations. With that in mind I'm not sure who the best candidate really is but I'm kind of hoping it's Mark Jackson...just so I don't have to hear him on ESPN anymore.
And just for fun, here's a quote from the comment section on the article:
Wake up Rambis - stay in LA. Minnesota is a Democrat lunatic liberal state (A Franken elected), gays run things, lots of donkey dick arabs. You would be better off taking a job in Cleveland (maybe not)
