interesting notes:
seems like team canada is relying to much on certain indiviudals since they seem to have the top 2 scorers in the tourny. they also have the best rebounder and assister (statistically)
tmac leads team usa with 16.0 ppg at .655 fg% and .6% 3p%. he is dishing 3 assisters per game which is 6th among americans and 17th among all players in the tourny. average 1 block per, tied for 6th in the tourney, and only has 4 turnovers in 3 games.
its in the blood. vince carter is team usa 2nd leading scorer with 14.0 ppg, his fg and 3pt % are very similar to tmac and among tourney leaders as well. other than that, i think only other noticeable stat is around 1.6 steals per.
tim duncan is basically in the top 10/20 of every category, leads tourny in blocks , 7th in the tourny for rebounds per, and 1st among americans. no other american is averaging more than 5 rebounds per game.
elton brand is shooting is 80% from the field. kmart played pretty well for his first game. jermain o'neal should not be starting.
looks like mike bibby is playing his role EXTREMELY well. take that bibby-doubters
