I just heard in NBA TV that the Nets starting 5 will have a salary of 81 million

(D-Will - JJ - Pierce - Garnett - Lopez)
Holy shit
PP was ask before where he would want to be if traded and said Nets, then there were rumors of PP for Hump+Brooks+Picks(HBAP) but eventually faded.
About that 81M $, if you have the RICHEST SPORTS OWNER IN THE WORLD, that won't be a problem. Nets sweetened the pot for KG, agreed to guarantee KG's $12M 2014-2015 salary.

It's a bummer to have to take on Wallace's deal, but given their title window has closed and Rondo will miss a chunk of the season anyway, Garnett and Pierce had only sentimental value to the team. The first round picks in 2016 and 2018 could be excellent, and this one will be in a much-hyped draft class.
Brooklyn's plan was to contend at all costs, and with this deal, they're as stacked as anybody. The Nets considerably improve their team in the short-term while the Celtics get a fantastic rebuilding package.
^^^ THIS, I thought Crash's contract would be untradable(props to BK and Proky's Wallet) and might be the deal-breaker, that's why I was holding my self since the rumor's began(don't want to jinx it lol). And it was a surprise about that KG's NTC, that was soo fast. Makes me even happier that we can have our cap space after KG/PP's contract's are up.
