I think Josh Smith could do it too- I remember him coming close at least a couple times last season. I could see Gerald Wallace getting a 5-by-5 as well. Highly doubt McGee can get one. Did you see what he had to do for a triple-double last season? He had the boards and blocks, but he tried way too hard to even record 10 points (seriously, it was worse than Blatche's quest), let alone dish.
