I know it's going to take a while for you to release because that's just ... your style. You come up with a preview, and then release it after couple of weeks. (Honestly, how hard is uploading a completed iff file; it only takes 10 seconds, but it's your work so you can release it anytime you want)

Man Amaro is by far the best cf maker. His cfs are always super. There is really no need to criticize him man!

I have no idea how AmaroWaade is getting all these fan boys. We are all entitled to our own opinions, so if you think he is the "best," you are entitled to believe so.

However, let me point this out: AmaroWaade, as great as he is, is NOT a household name in making CFs.

The best CF maker prior to 2k13 was UHR028. AmaroWaade was always a second tier CF maker, and honestly people didn't even pay that much attention to his work because there were so many other great CF modders.

Unfortunately, we have a new generation of CF modders who have less experience, and provide lower quality CFs in general. However, due to the "demise" of the great CF modders in the past (including UHR028), now the second tier CF makers like AmaroWaade is being perceived as a "great" one.

Let's be objective. No, he is NOT a "great" one. He is simply a good CF maker with more experience than most of the current new generation of CF makers. That is NOT a reason for why his work should be accepted without criticism.

I think criticism will improve the modder's work in the future. However, I NEVER criticize work that I believe is top-notch quality. Sadly, AmaroWaade has a very long way to reach that status, and until then I think constructive criticism will help him become a better modder.

Dude you need help!..who care about who was the best CF maker..it just a game..calm down and relax..im 100% positive you have downloaded all this guy cyberfaces before.

Wow ... I did not expect my comment and personal opinion would create such controversy. I still believe we are entitled to our opinions.

I was a basketball player in highschool, now a die hard NBA fan, and therefore enjoy 2k series, and love the high quality of work that modders bring to enhance the "realism" of the game. I, myself, had experience creating patches for the Live series, and I am well aware how time consuming the process is. So thank you to all modders out there, and your dedicated efforts throughout the many years.

I was merely stating a comment and the general declining quality of the patch work overall. I do not see what is wrong with commenting on this trend because it is true in the most objective sense.

Again, you are all entitled to your own opinions, and I have no problem with that. However, it saddens me that some of you seem to lack the logic in expressing your ideas, and immature responses that hinder the constructive discussion this forum affords us all.

bigh0rt: As I said I'm a die hard fan of the NBA, and the 2K series. You may be right that I might be taking this game too seriously, but there is nothing wrong with that. I immensely appreciate top notch quality work from great modders, but feel disappointed when "fan boys" provide praise for patch works that do not warrant such baseless reaction.

D-wad3Mia: I do not understand your logic; why would I have a crush on AmaroWaade? I do have a crush on works created by great patchers such as UHR28 and Tha King. Consequently, I do not have a crush on modders that do not provide work that exceeds my high expectations.

buddaking: Yes, I have downloaded AmaroWaade's work in the past to test how they look in the games. Most of the times, I replaced them whenever a better work was provided by other patchers. I still do not understand your logic in this matter.

On a final note, I apologize to Andrew for creating this controversy. I am well aware that this post was not intended for the on-going discussion, and I may have overestimated the maturity of the users, who I believed were mature enough to accept other's opinions, and possibly start a healthy discussion. Amaro, can u fix Rondo Headband line? It's messed up and sometimes Rajon Rondo uses an headband. If u can fix it pls it will be great
