MoPete15 wrote:I just signed up to say I had the exact same issue. All the courts were the old version and looked ugly. I checked this board and on the last thread somebody suggested changing the language settings of my computer to US, and it worked. I didn't need to download this other thing.

I'm on Windows 7, this is what I did:

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click on 'Region and Language'
3. In the Formats tab, go to the drop down menu at the top that says 'Formats'. Select 'English (United States)
4. Then go to the top and select the 'Location' tab. Change Location to United States.
5. Finally, go to the tab at the top that says 'Administrative'. At the bottom you will see, "Current language for non-unicode programs" and below it your language. Click the Change System Locale button and change it to 'English (United States).
6. It will prompt you to restart, go ahead and do that.
7. After restart, start game and enjoy normal court logos.

Thank you, but didn´t worked for me (Steam-Version) ;-(. I´m from Germany.

distribution of any game exe file = ban
Opinions are my own.

Why? I spent 30$ for game, I didn't steal copy. It's impossible to use original exe in non-original copy so I don't understand that but I respect your rules.
Can you explain that?

The Rules wrote:Discussions and requests for illegal downloads or making them available to other posters are not allowed. This content includes (but is not limited to):

CD Keys (NBA Live or otherwise) & Serial Numbers

No-CD cracks

Warez

Original Game Files

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2

It's a be all end all. Doesn't matter if you bought it directly from me and just don't want to have to keep the disc in the drive or in this case different courts. No discussion about cracked exe files or distribution of any exe file at all.

Has there ever been an explanation from 2K why they keep omitting the small logos inside the three-point-line and why the logos on some courts (raptors, bobcats, etc. aren't right)? It has been the same in 2k10 and 2k11. Why don't they fix this so it works on every version?

back in 2k10 they mentioned it as a licensing issue, that's all that is known about it.

I don't understand. The title of the post is "Logos Normalizer Court (for non-US residents)" but it works only for U.S. residents. Why rest of the world isn't allowed to small logos at the 3-point line? Can anyone solve this problem :?: :bowdown2:

PS: What software replaces NBA 2K9 Iff Editor? Because it doesn't work on Win7.

It works fine for everyone, who has US version of the game (US .exe file, to be more particular), no matter where the person is located (i'm currently in Rostov-na-Donu, Russia, but i originally ordered the US version, so now i'm able to see small logos, etc.).
Note: Don't distribute or ask for .exe files here on the forums.

About REDitor: some news will be posted several days later, when the general development stage begins.

Vl@d Zola Jr. wrote:OK, guys. Got the game several hours ago and, as many of you, i was disappointed by "messed up" logos.

So, here is a solution for the issue.
NOTE: your version of the game must be US (though, when i was writing this message, it was the only version in stores). If you are unsure, what version you have, give it a try anyway. ;) If you're sure, you have EU version AND the patch doesn't work for you, then there is probably no other way than getting US version somewhere. The only difference between the versions is .exe file, though.
NOTE2: Make sure, you have admin privileges, when running via .bat-file. Also, make sure, EmulateUS is in your AntiVirus white-list.

How To Use:
1. Download
2. Extract Both files into your NBA 2K12 folder.
3. Run the game via nba2k12.bat (you can also create a shortcut to this file and place it on your Desktop for an easier access :D ).

What it does is emulating, if you are a US resident, while the game is being launched.

Works fine for me. Now Raptors logo looks exactly the same as on one of Jao's screenshots. :)

hi i just installed my nba2k12.....how do i know if my nba2k12 is a us version or not....im part of Asian country ...tnx

You dont need to change all and restart just change format to english(us) is enough.

Haha I guess its working since in 2k11 I didn't have any team logo on the baseline. Now some have just one on each side but in chicago they have it on both sides.
