there r a patch with shorted shorts)
but for retro roster.
im talking about this kinda patch, but not so shorted.
just a lil bit.
take a look

cos default ones r to large and knee pads or undershorts sleeves not even seen enough
Image

just look at VC...its like a skirt
Image
VCs shorts always higher then his knees.he has a long legs.all bbal players have long legs,so if shorts gonna be a litle bit shorter then default,it will be great

open the cloth_shorts iff in the 3D tool

goto all the shorts models and extract them with the extractres button

open blender

import the shorts after deleting the default camera and that box thing (press A to select all, then just press delete and confirm delete all selected)

once imported, right click a line on the wireframe of the shorts to select them

where it says "Object Mode" which that to "Edit Mode"

Once in edit mode, press B to select verticies, then to move them, draw a short straight line with the left mouse and let go, then move them as you please. Or you can go into Sculpt mode and edit them in that (I dont know how to properly use that yet)

Once you are happy, export back into the n2km file and then importres it back into the 3dtool

remember to back up

yea you need java

blender is a free 3d editing program, google can direct you to where to download it and get more tutorials

you can use 3ds max if you want to, I've never used it because I dont want to pay for it. you dont need it if you dont want it

decompress it first, use the decompress.exe that came with the 2k9 iff editor if the program is crashing and not letting you decompress

you just drag the iff file into the exe, then it will create 2 bin files

import, not open

make sure you installed the scripts that came with the 3d tool in the scripts folder for blender

they are the.py files and i think the readme tells you where to put them

i dont remember where the folder is located, but google does

http://www.katsbits.com/htm/google_faq. ... =&ucat=12&

can't create it, it's gotta be in one of those two locations, and it will have tons of other files in it

when it does, an Import n2km and export n2km option will show up in those menus

instead of saving normally you wanted to goto the export menu under file and export n2km files, the same file type that you imported

then go into the 3d tool, select the model you want to replace and then click importres
