LeBron James put on a show at the Garden as he got his first triple-double
of the season with 36 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists.
“I really love playing here in New York, I just love the atmosphere and the
fans,” said James.
Cleveland had control of the game from start to finish and gave the Knicks
no chance to come back. Michael Redd had 17 points and 6 assists while
Sasha Pavlovic came off-the-bench and scored 11 points for the Cavs.
Zach Randolph and Stephon Marbury both scored 24 points to lead the Knicks
but it still wasn't enough to topple the Cavaliers. Quentin Richardson added
14 points on 5-of-10 shooting.

LeBron James had another stellar performance as he had his second consecutive
triple-double as he helped the Cavs win over Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles
Lakers.
James finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists but he also got a lot
of help from his teammates as five other Cavaliers finished in double digits.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas had a double-double with 20 points and 11 boards. Michael
Redd scored 19 points and added 4 assists. Damon Jones, Gerald Green and
Sasha Pavlovic finished with 11, 10 and 10 points, respectively.
The Lakers starters carried the load for the team with the bench acting merely as
cheerleaders. Kobe Bryant led the team with 26 points and was an assist shy of
registering his own triple-double. Lamar Odom added 21 points and Derek Fisher
had 20 of his own.
The Lakers were down by 19 points as the fourth period started and coach Mike
Brown decided to give his starters a well-deserved rest and gave playing time to
his shock troopers.
“It was a great win for us,” Redd said. “We didn't expect to blow them out coz this
is our second game in two nights.”

The Golden State Warriors gave the Cavaliers a dose of their own medicine as
they beat Cleveland in their home floor to tie the season series at 1 game a
piece.
Baron Davis led the way for the Warriors with 24 points and 7 assists. Al
Harrington also had a nice game with 23 points and 7 rebounds. Emerging star
Monta Ellis finished with 20 points and 3 steals.
“It was a heartbreaker for us when LeBron beat us at the buzzer on our last
game at the Oracle but this time we made sure that it wont happen again,”
Baron Davis said.
LeBron James had a game-high 32 points while Michael Redd finished with 17
points but struggled from the field and hit only 6 out of 20 shot attempts.
Cleveland tried to make a comeback in the fourth but they just run out of time.
Cleveland guard Delonte West also made his return even though he was still
suffering from a sore knee.

Heat.

Ilgauskas had another great night as he had a double-double with 18 points and

but managed to score all of his 15 points in the fourth.
The backcourt tandem of Dwyane Wade and Jason Williams had 47 points
between them to help the Heat stay in the game. Shawn Marion struggled with
his shots and finished with only 10 points but he was able to grab 12 boards.

The Mavericks’ starting front court gave them a huge lift as they beat the Cavs
to tie their season series at 1-1.
Dirk Nowitzki had a game-high 24 points including 10 rebounds. Erik Dampier
also recorded a double-double with 20 points and 13 rebounds while swingman
Josh Howard had 19 points and 3 blocks.
“Their big men gave us headaches tonight,” said Mike Brown. “When you give up
20 points to a guy like Dampier, you know your defense is not in tune.”
Michael Redd finished with 21 points but was 0-of-8 from 3-point country. Two
Cavs had a double-double with LeBron James having 19 points and 12 dimes
and Zydrunas Ilgauskas with 15 points and 14 boards.
Cleveland now have a 7-6 record in the month of December and will end it
against Chris Paul and the Hornets.
