Now that you've decided to go with studying first, we all respect your choice. I would like to wish you the best on whatever you will do, and may you be the best out there !
I personally think that you've made a smart choice, the order of importance is much greater when it comes to learning. At your age, you still have plenty of time to come back here and patch.
