Sorry man that I didn't comment last game, haven't been on in a couple games. Anyways tough loss vs. Clippers (hehe) but at least you got one against Denver. Liking the post game quote, and good luck vs. D12 after he destroyed you in the preseason. Try and have Lebron dunk on him ok? ;)

Chris Paul wrote:I like your dynasty. You are making very nice recaps and also the team is well-coached. I also think, the games are very realistic.

I 'm making my own dynasty too and it is a lil' bit similar to yours.

Anyway, I wish you good luck in the next games.

Thanks for the comment and Good Luck with you’re dynasty.

It is okay bro, and I also read that your dynasty has been put on halt coz of XBOX problems, hopefully you’ll get it up and running soon enough..

P.S. I’ll try to dunk on him but it will be pretty hard to do..

Cavs All-Access: Assessing the Team...

Assessing the Team...

Image

At the Cavs practice facility, while the players are having a shoot around, the coaching staff and Asst. GM Zoilo Resurreccion talked about the recent road trip..

“So what did you guys think about the trip?” Mike Brown asked.
“Well, I guess it was fine since we had a 3-3 record, considering the caliber of the teams we faced, but I think we should have won those games against the Clippers and Sacramento,” Zoilo replied.
“But what I'm really concerned with is Big Z’s performance this past few games. With the exception of last night’s game, he is really struggling, what’s up with him?”
“Z is just struggling to hit his shots, i think it’s mainly because for the past years we had Drew who is more of a post-up threat than Ben, which gave Z more space to operate unlike now,” assistant head coach Saez said.
“But I do think he’ll get his groove back after a nice game last night, he just needs more time to play with Big Ben.”

“What about Gerald? How’s he coming along?” Lil Z asked.
“I think he is doing fine, it’s just that we cant put him into the rotation yet. He still needs to learn the offense more before we really give him some playing time.” Brown said.

“Oh and one more thing, what is Boobie’s condition? Is he alright?” Lil Z said.
“About that one, just received word from the medical staff,” Serrano, the team trainer said.
“Here you go sir!”

“Hmmm.. So he sustained a minor injury, I guess we don’t have to put him in the inactive list..”
“We wont put Gibson on the inactive list but I dont think I’ll play him. I don’t want to risk him aggravating the injury. Tell Delonte he’ll be starting
this next few games and also someone tell DJ his back on the rotation,” Brown told asst coach Da Costa.
“Okay coach, I’ll tell them right away! I am sure DJ will be happy with this news.” Da Costa replied.

“I think this also helps our team figure out who is the best fit to start at the point, right coach?” Zoilo said.
“Yeah, I think so. Boobie has been inconsistent and so is West, it all comes down to consistency.” Brown replied.

“So I guess that’s all for today coach, make sure you win our home games, it has been awhile since you played here.”
“We’ll do our best boss.”
“And by the way Mike, tell LeBron to ease up on the practice, the season has just started.” a smiling Lil Z said.
“Well, you know what, Lebron is Lebron. He is really motivated this year! Uhmm.. Gotta go to practice, the boys are waiting for me, see yah boss!” said Brown as he hurriedly went to the practice court.

Hopefully the big Z can pick it up soon, you'll need it with Big ben pretty much useless offensively. Anyways lebron is more than carrying the load so we'll see. Good luck!

Hope so too. He is missing too many open shots. And yeah, Bron is carrying the team but having abother option offensively will really help the team.

tough loss there. Magics are always hard to compete against.
You had only 19 assists...you need to build-up team chemistry.

anyways great recap - love the postgame quotes (Y) :D

Tough loss! I think you should start Wally not Pavlovic... or you might better trade for a good shooting guard. Anyway, good luck against utah (i hate them.lol) (Y)

Thanks! I really need to build some chemistry, we certainly lack that probably because of the new guys!

Trading for a shooting guard has come to my mind but it is really tough to get a better player without giving up some of my core guys... I think I’ll stick with my lineup for now..

hehe... Got that right buddy! Can’t seem to stop D12 and the gang!

Your big men had very solid game and also glad to see you defeating Jazz.
I'm enjoying reading your recaps and hope you win more games.

BTW, I think that LeBron is getting too little rebounds and assists.

Nice you beat the new-era of Stockton and Malone.
Ben Wallace, 20 points? Wow, that's more impressive than Stromile Swift: 1 assist.

Yeah, finally someone shared the scoring load for the team.. Yup! Maybe I’ll get them in our next meeting..

Thanks and nice to hear that you enjoy reading it.. Uhmm.. Its a little hard to get those rebounds coz Big Ben and Big Z takes care of those for me, the assists will come if only other players hit their shots.

Actually, Big Ben’s career high is 22 points so he just fell short on that.. hehe.. But getting 20 points from him is a big plus..

Sanguango wrote:Wow, great win! But where is gibson?

Thanks! Gibson has a sore ankle, but I think he’ll be back in our next game. Didn’t want to play him coz with an injury he’ll probably tire out quickly so I decided to put Damon Jones in the rotation.

That was funny! :D

Anyways, I think I won because I played Deron pretty well. Utah is hard to beat when Williams and Boozer are both in the zone..

Good thing you have Big Ben to make defensive stops now. Another nice win. Looks like another one is coming up too with you facing the Timberwolves!

Finaly defense, exactly what Cavs needed. It looks like your team is very strong when it comes to crunch time...this is good news for the playoffs
