His hair looks very strange. By the way CF is awesome. You could try simulating Anderson Varejao's hair's ebo file.

a few points that i think needs to be improve

1.the jaw down to the chin line looks wide compare to the real pic
2.eyes needs to be fixed esp. the eyebags part and
3.the major problem is the hair, i agree with Elbeen on removing the custom headband,instead use a hair ebo file that you can edit.

honestly, his cf and hair update is a tough job man i dont even know if anyone can pull this off but your close there man.. great job..
