Try to add a little brightness in the upper part of the player's body.. And i have a question, how do you make the 06 Next Gen Court work for NBA Live 08? Sorry for the out-of-the-topic question.. If you can,could you please just pm me the answer to avoid bumping of topic..Thanks Kababayang Kris!

Ok, download it at the download section of Live 06.
Then, when you finish the setup, you should have a folder called Nba live 06. (I found that that folder appeared in PROGAM FILES).
Then, open Nba live 06 folder. Inside, is "sgsm". Open that.
Rename all the files with "pgym" to "prac".
Place all those renamed files to your nba live 08 sgsm.
The court is nice

wait i still need to let you see some screens that the courts are now darker and really looks like an xbox surroundings. ill just go home and play a game with all the courts that ive edited im also waiting for lagoa if he will let me use his files

yea the MM07 files i posted were from the 360 version, not the PS2 version, and like Pdub said good luck with the files. We've meandered down that road a bit and didn't really get too far.

As for the lighting, all you really need to do is lighten everything up a bit, my "Street" lighting that I continue to modify is actually based off of the MM07 lighting.

ive already fixed the lighting and i have already lighten it up i must say that the lighting of the NCAA march madness in PS2 is really good if we could just open those .ssh files then i think we could really pull a really close next gen lighting

No, it's JaoSming's for the in-progress NBA Live PC mod.

for the XRM.VIV file you must also paste it in the sgsm cus that is one of the most important file to have that glowing effect on the jerseys of the players and the textures too in their skin

already kinda "did" NBA Street 08, it was very basic but yea it was released the first week i had the game. As for the lighting, I did release it in my NBA Live PC thread in the 06 section. Please remember this is Kris' thread though, if you got more questions post in one of my threads or PM me.

I don't know man, it's a pretty good concept, but right now it looks like the lighting is only coming from below, not from above. It's just too dark for now...
But the effect on the skin is not bad at all

it looks really nice...but the source of the light seems to be the floor....it would be better if the light came from above the players

yup i intensionally made it to look like that bro so that the reflection would really come out from the floor to the players body and to make a light in the jerseys. will you please try it nuke ingame? il send it to you in YM .
