Real Shoes Patch 09 1.0 released!!!

According to this topic.. http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic50604.php I had the crashes talked about. I had too much hi res stuff. I downsized some of the courts, but also downsized shoes to 1x size. I now get no crashes. The shoes still look good (and accurate ) but allow other custom stuff to be used. I'm talking 2x arms and sweat, some faces, headbands, ball.. courts jerseys etc etc If you don't have alot of custom stuff installed this won't be an issue.

If you have some crashes and don't know why you could try this and see if it helps for you.

how come your away teams have black socks? the rosters that you have included in the pack dont have a away teams having black socks.... sir what rosters are u using cus i really like that the away teams are having black shoes...please reply in my pm sir thanks..

BTW really awesome patch i like it especially the shoes of KG really accurate

So far there are no good ways to make that.
Only by changing the teamcolor,however,that will make the color of band,headband changed also.
I just saved the rosters such as MENaway,BOSaway.....
Maybe you are curious about the pic of menu.And that was made by photoshop.

Hi, thank you very much for the big release, I have a question, which files should I copy from your 2.0 XIAOJU save folder in case of using another roster save? (e.g. season or dynasty)

It's the appearence.dbf deciding what the players wear.
Perheps you copying it could make it success,however,I'm not sure.
And that's what makes the shoes patch not perfect enough.

He would do it, but he doesn't know how. For now, the best solution is to use his rosters (which are in fact Jimmy's I think... and he's given Jimmy the credits).

Install method:

YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE 1.5 ALREADY

1.Unzip "Real Shoes Patch 2.0.exe" and run it, choose the intall folder as "...\NBA LIVE 08\sgsm" (not "...\NBA LIVE 08").
2.Run the NBA Live game, load the save XIAOJU, and then enjoy the game.

hi im jM from the Philippines, i downloaded Real Shoes Patch 1.5 and 2.0 installed it just like what the readme file says. i have this problem:

1. the shoes wont appear in the edit player mode.

my question now is, how to make this patch properly work? can you teach me the step by step method in order for it to work on my NBA live 08? thanx a lot... hope you could help me in this one.
