detail settings help

under detail settings..it asks for vsync and triple buffer.. is it best to turn both of them on?

Depends on your computer and what you like. V-Sync caps the frame rate to the refresh rate of your monitor, which is most likely 60. It's used to prevent screen tearing. Triple buffer is supposed to free up some cpu cycles while V-Sync is on.

Try both on and both off and see what you like.
