mike harris wasnt in the previous roster and he signed with the rockets on July 13

For anyone else who's wondering, he's in the Free Agent pool. The Rockets have more than 15 players under contract so I have to juggle a few players between their roster and the free agents until they cut their roster down to 15 ready for opening night. The same goes for other teams with more than 15 players currently on the roster.
