what to edit in DB Commander?

Hi. Im right now in Lakers dyansty. Can someone give me a guide how to change player ratings, how to change players team and that kind a stuff?
And how to save that all in the end?

Changes are saved automatically in DB Commander. A guide to the attributes and values in players.dbf can be found here.
