Best Team Chemistry

My team chemistry and lineup synergy is never really high, unless I put several poor players on the floor (then my lineup synergy will go up a little bit). What values can I put for ChemType in players.dbf to make a team with really good chemistry?

Team Chemistry/Synergy will be high if your players are happy, happy meaning they are getting the salary they want, the playing time they have and other things, you can check this at your dynasty, you'll know what they wan't there and if you want to dbf edit the players.dbf you can refer to this>http://nbalive07.nba-live.com/index.php?go=dbf-players. Make sure you use db commander or other softwares that support dbf files because from what i know excel can corrupt dbf files.
