It's in the common directory. I think the xplrcz.viv file. One of the hair ebo's.

Neither do I. It's one of the hair ebo files, though. Maybe there is a way to figure out what the numbers are referring, too. I bet if you can match up a hair texture name to the ebo, you should be able to figure out which one it is.
