how do i fix holes in players

i have holes in players and when i install patched players they have no scalp, a face and no back of the head. I assume it has to do with lighting or sweat but I'm not sure. Help PLease!

turn off lighting i believe is the solution

the lighting is turned off but it doesn't fix the holes. need help very badly.

then its your video card, you need to upgrade it.

i had my nba reinstalled and the holes are gone. i think the problem comes from the patches that i installed before. what do you think?

yea if you installed a lighting patch and your video card doesnt support it , your players will have holes in them
