Comment about my lineup

I am on year 2012 with Minnesota and here is my lineup

C- Derek Donnelly ( a cross between Ben Wallace and Jamaal Magloire)
PF- Kevin Garnett
SF- Ron Artest
SG- Vince Carter
PG- MIke Bibby

bench
PG- Tyronn Lue
SG- Austin Riberia (decent rookie for me last year)
SF- Francisco Martin (6'10) started some games and avg 25 ppg
PF- Curt Charles (7'0")- rookie
C- Dijon Ward (7'1")- rookie who is a good ft compared to donnelly)
PG- Sean Ramos
C- Antoine Martin (7'5") only good skill is blocking and scoring 5 pts or less
PG- Murray Vick - good PG who can come off the bench and shoots 3's

so will this team makes the playoffs ?
am I a good GM to have this type of lineup around KG?

the furthest I've gotten is the 2nd round of the playoffs.

trade some old players like artest or carter for younger players like Roy or Gay. Your Starting line up is good for now. But they are OLLLLLDD.

good idea Crimson Cloud I wanna trade off Artest. I tried trading off Artest to the Rockets for Battier and a 1st round pick but they wouldn't do it and i can't blame them considering the draft year for 2013 is very strong. Carter is having a great year for me so far so it's hard to trade him. bibby has been good for me. I think i'm going to try and trade Ron Artest to Memphis for Rudy Gay and a 1st round pick.
