U got to change his skintone and i think his eyebrows are 2 tilted.....u should flaten them a lil bit......

Looks pretty nice. Reduce the shine on his lips. Looks like he has lip gloss on. I like your style, though. Looking forward to seeing how you do some more players.

i think u need to edit his headshape too.. he has a smaller and rounder head actually, other than that, it's amazing.. oh and one more thing, try improving his skin color a bit, i think he looks lighter in real life..
