what will i do to auto detect the accesories of a player...
for example if iverson uses black jersys he should also use black headband, black handband, etc...

If a player's accessories are set to auto, then his accessories will use the default team colour as specified for each individual team jersey in teamgear.dbf.

you can change it on the edit player option if i am correct
