check out this photo someone sent me via e-mail. It's Australia Day in Perth 2007.

It's got everything.....sunset, fireworks, lightning and in between the fireworks and lightning is McNaught's Comet

I can't judge, but I think that the fireworks are so bright that it reached the people on the right side of the pic.

As i look at it more closely, that must be photoshopped. No one is even looking at the comet or lightning. Also people wouldn't just chill in the water while lightning is striking the water.

Yeah I noticed no one is looking at the comet at all, probably photoshopped, but great PS skillz!

It's photoshopped. Look at dark the water is compared to the people on the beach on that side. If there was a sunset, the water would have reflected a lot more than that. Simply put, the water is way too dark.

hmm this could be real, i live in perth and we recently had fireworks and their was tonnes of lighting on the same day plus the comet was visible for a while. It could be real.

It is definitely a composition of more than one photograph, but it is still awesome. Is there a higher resolution version out there? I want to use this for my desktop.
