Question regarding real shoe patch.

Ever since I installed it...all of my shoes have been messed up.For instance Bosh will start the game wearing Black nikes then in mid stride his shoes become some orange tiger strip mess.Or Bargnani will be wearing black shoes then in a blink he'll be wearing his purple defualt shoes.Is there any fix for this? I have the direct d/l version and forgot to back up my shoe/acc .dbf.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
