dunks problem

hi, i have problem with dunks. some players, who dunk and jump ratings are over 60 don't dunk, but player, who really shouldn't dunk ( dunk rating 1) dunk with both hands. how to fix this anomality?

Go to Team Management/Edit Player/Your choosed player and you can change his dunks pacages
