Crappy CPU trades.

Talk about NBA Live 07 here.

yes, but what why should orlando trade away their best PG? I know, they also have Arroyo and Dooling, but Nelson is their best (I think) and they have a very good center with Howard. and Milicic can also only become better...

Edit: and Miami has 3 star PG's (Wade, Payton, Williams...)

Someone correct if i'm mistaken but how's orlandos bench at the bigman spot? i dont think its very deep

About Miami's PG: although he can play it, Wade is an SG; Payton is on his way out with 2-3 years tops left in him, and williams while good, could always use a backup

With my Orlando dynasty, i sold arroyo and darko, then picked up Zo in the free agents. Went on to win the title.

Depends what you need btx8...if you needed a speedy defensive forward sure, but redd can shoot the lights out and can pull your butt out of tight situations...

Redd(Bucks) - Kirelenko(Jazz){Utah no longer has a SF, and The Bucks can start Brandon Roy now, was an early trade, Villanueva - Redd}

Salmons(Kings) - Shelden Williams(Nuggets)

Peirce(Celtics) - Duncan(Spurs){Now the spurs must start Brian Cook at PF while teh Celts have a new C, DUNCAN}

WTF is up with that last one. More happened, unfortunately its my 3rd year.

Biggest computer trades ive seen so far were:

Nash for K-Mart

J-Rich for Sheed which made Hamilton to sit on the bench

Sheed for Richard Jefferson :shock:

The most stupid trade(s) the computer made(is making) is Ind-Mav Diop-Granger over and over and over again!

'Sheed for Joe Johnson/J-Rich-Dumb but then again, Joe/J-Rick are rated substantially better than rip...but sheeds getting old so i see getting rid of him
Nash for K-mart is the first one i can almost say is dumb period, but if they needed a PF on the suns (which i'm not sure why they would) it would make sense

'Sheed for Jefferson: makes sense to me Close ratings-Detroit needs a better SF and NJ needs a PF, while its dumb to trade your stars: it does happen

Diop-Granger *shrugs* dont think its good or bad

what do you think of Joe Johnson for Andrei Kirilenko?

I know it's good for utah, 'cause they have a good SG now, but for Atlanta? they have no one to make the points now...

The trade is not good for Utah. Why would they need another scorer when Boozer and Williams can score enough points? Kirilenko in Atlanta makes absolutely no sense they have enough SF's.

This looks stupid to me since Nash is a legitimate MVP candidate while K-Mart is having health issues but then again, it's all in the game's ratings, so it could work for both. Definetley weakens the Suns' backcourt tho.

I got Shaq - Kidd, just after I got NJ's draft pick too.

But I've seen this trade in every version since 04 at least once. (per title)

Joe Johnson - Andrei Kirilenko
Darius Miles - Rip Hamilton
Jason Richardson - Gilbert Arenas

But the stupidest thing i've ever seen was on 06...
Dallas shipped Dirk off to cleveland for Larry Hughes...

Just had a crazy one yesterday: Cleveland had 73 overall Kendrick Perkins, and traded for Chauncey...

I usually re load my game after trades like this, then a crazy idea popped into my head.. How about i watch the new era dynasty reign of the Cavs take place over the next few seasons, while detroit fade into obscurity...
the next few seasons will be good to watch, one things for sure though - i've got a good rival powerhouse team in cleveland for some really good finals matchups...

this one isnt exactly "stupid" or anythin, but Nuggets traded Nene to clips for Mobley. that is the most high profile CPU trade that has occured so far during my dynasty. have only been playin half a season though :wink:
