change teams?

this may be a dumb question but is there anyway to change teams as GM during your dynasty, say for instance your fav player is too expensive for you to resign can you change teams to who ever signs him or whatever?

if you have a few amazing seasons (like I'm talking 60 wins over 2-3 or even 4 years), then one of the league's worst franchises might offer you control of their franchise.

or....just go into teams.dbf n find the teams he went to and change the ISHUMAN column form F to T and find ur original team n change it from T to F

Haven't tried it, but I doubt that method works. The reason is that in a dynasty, each of your players in appearance.dbf and player.dbf have duplicate entries, with only the playerid and appearanceid being different in each. If you simply change your teams.dbf, I doubt the players on the new team you want to control will be duplicated. Not only that, but the players on the cpu team which was formerly your dynasty team will have duplicate entries. That's why I doubt it will work, but it's certainly worth the try.

It's possible to get an offer from another team after the first season if you do an exceptional job, succeeding on the court and utilising your staff effectively away from it. If your GM rating is 100 by the season's end you're pretty much guaranteed to get an offer.
