Suggestion-trade Amare for JO,because JO's better at PF and so does Amare as C.
Either way it's a great idea.

thanks for the comments guys, yes again jerseys will be 512 but they will not have numbers on the back of the jersey...

anyway as some may know I recently decided to upgrade to Vista. Smart and Dumb move on my part. I did back up my "old" computer but I was dumb and let Windows take care of the Backup process. So basically I have a 103gig useless file on my 400gig External HDD.

Now I have successfully patched and run NBA Live 07 on Vista; the problem I was anticipating was the patching tools...

I have gotten the EBO editor to work with Vista but I am having issues with FSHx. Also since nbalive.org decided to become nbavg.org they have erased the nba2kstuff.nbalive.org site and along with it Dolffin....

So basically if someone could supply me with the Dolffin installer and could tell me what FSHx runs off of....
(this is the error message I get)
Code: Select all
Run-Time Error'429':

"activex component can't create object"

...that'd be a huge help

thank you RSox

Dofflin installed perfectly and runs as well (Y)

I have posted on various Vista Tech forums for help on FSHx; Ill post here when I find out what I can do.

So you know; since I can not access my backup as of right now the only thing I can really work on is this Mod (BF2 won't work because I dont have enough RAM on this machine) so hopefully I can get some courts done in the coming days :D

Found this on the old double minor forums
FSHX was working for me before but now I'm getting a runtime error.

I fixed mine by going to run - dxdiag - display tab - Direct Draw Acceleration was disabled. I enabled that and it worked.

Have you tried compatability mode for a different version of Windows?

How about a making it into a Complete Street Mod for 07? That would seem better.

nah because the total street mod is going to include every team in the NBA with a new AIACT, new jerseys, and a court for each team.

I want to do this before the full fledged Street Mod.

Cool , i was testing some techniques to make the jerseys in high res. And i discovered how to delete the jersey numbers.

Make the jersey in 1024x1024 , put in the fshX ( set the res to 1024x1024 ) import the jersey , and the jersey will not have any number.

Hope this helps. (Y)

yah i know what i can and cant do with the jerseys man, look at the inside of the pant legs, i believe the numbers still show up there anyway.

but i understand the jerseys and i really dont need help with any of this. All Im doing is saying "double resolution" in FSHx, thats all. thanks for trying to help though.

I will be gone till Sunday sometime to my girlfriends grandfathers funeral but I will be bringing my laptop so hopefully Ill get some DBF editing done for this mod.

So by Sunday the roster should be done; c0n will be back on Saturday so I can talk to him about jerseys and I've begun work on the 8 courts (i forgot about new dunk contest and allstar court) in either sketches or preliminary EBO work.

Have a good end of the week ya'll, Ill hopefully have something to show you guys this weekend. Also check out the progress in the first post.

that happened to me when i added my retro pacers. i fixed it by having the jersey viv in the C:/NBA LIVE 07/sgsm/uniforms/unihalf folder also. ;)

alright the abbreviation im using is 'mid1'

for mid1away.viv I used EAgraph to import mid1away.fsh, mid1awayr.fsh, and mid1awayblet.fsh into the viv. Im not doing numbers for these jerseys so they are not included.

Then I used biggui to compress each fsh inside the viv. After that I placed mid1away.viv inside both the uniforms and unihalf folders.

...same result. The game recognizes the alpha and the blet but not the jersey texture.

so what did I do wrong? The one thing i dont understand about NBA Live is the creation of vivs.

thanks for the help man

We got the jerseys to work in-game so now I proudly present to you c0nr4d's amazing jerseys and logos.
(note: screens taken on a clean install of NBA Live 07, no patches.)

(blurred a little bit)

Still to do:
Fix teamgear.dbf colors
Numbers
Color of the Names on the back.

Except for the teamgear (and coaches) the roster is completed. Next up is Logos.

They're awesome. Would be cool if you (c0nr4d) could fix the green ones, this color green is too light IMO, close to the Celtics/Mich.St. kinda green would be better (just my $0.02)
