simple moves

can you please help me how to do simple moves such as the back down, pro hop and the step back move. thanks a lot...

I have noticed one more move for the Outside scorer (I tried with one of the superstars). If you are on the move and tap left that you will throw up a one hand floater.
By the way - I would also love to know how the defensive moves work.

yeah more than half the time i try to use jason kidd's outside stopper, it'll be a foul call.
