JR Smith with a career high, and he was on fire from downtown 7-9 or something, in 2nd half he was 5-5, 11-6 now. Mavs up next.

Great win after a disapointing loss to the hawks. JR played really well, i hope he carries this throughout the season and we get him averaging 20ppg or somewhere near there. Andre Miller had 20 assists, eat your heart out Steve Nash. :P

Yeah watching the Miami game was great, although i dont know why JR only attempted 1 more 3 after halftime, they should have left him on in the first half to try and break the NBA record of 8. Melo didn't play to well imo, and they told us about how Melo has a 10 10 10 rule with George Carl. If he can get 10 ft attemps and 10 points in the paint he can have his 10 jumpers.
Kinda stange hah

Bad loss against Dallas, 18 points for Melo is enough to make him lose his leading scorer possition to AI.

Next up is Hawks
REVENGE

Melo is the real scoring leader seeing as AI wont play for a while and hes played less games. Terrible game against the Mavs, it was the first time someone has been able to shutdown Melo, props to George and Josh Howard for doing so thats one tough job. We are carrying a few injuries atm, Evans needs to return asap cos he is one of our best big men.

Hes the only one who played, JR Smith had like 2 points. The Nuggets need to get more consistent if they are gonna challenge for a title in the coming years. Iverson could help us a lot in that department, he would bring 30 a game if he had to if you add Melo aswell, damn this team would be on fire.

nice win vs NYK, not so much at the end, but if thats what knicks like to do, its just showing how low they are, so what if the guy screamed at your face, be cool and walk away, but nope that queer Colins or w/e his name had to throw a punch.

Why are you acting like it was all knicks? I saw Smith and Melo throw punches. The nuggets were "being low" by probly running up the score.

The Knicks couldnt handle being blown out at home, they act as if its our fault. We can play however we want i think GK wanted us the bury them after some hard losses over the past games. We are allowed to play whoever we want. If Melo gets a big suspension i think we can handle it, it will make him more determined etc like Artest.

We are in need of Iverson now i reckon.

Marcus Camby has kept my Denver love alive. :D
He is absoultley dominating against Washington and is really standing up as a true leader. Credits also go to Lil Earl and Miller for putting this incident behind them and playing like champions while our stars are missing. If these three can keep this up then i think we should be alright until at least JR Smith comes back and then we can hold out until Melo is back. Once Melo is back he really must start to dominate in every game to regain his respect from Denver fans and the general NBA.

I think he will still make the ASG he should still be rewarded for his stellar play this year. If Camby continues to provide he might be a dark horse for the game also.

Camby stats tonight

25 points 17 rebounds 5 assists and 7 blocks

Earl Boykins and Andre Miller had good games also

Boykins

29 points 7 rebounds and 6 assists

Andre Miller

27 points 9 rebounds 5 assists

117-108

yeah i just saw these stats on nba.com and im amazed we player so well considering. Camby must have played like a beast as the stats showed and even though i dont like earl it looks like he played a bit better along with Miller.
Our Biggest lead was 30 and we only ended up winning by 9? I wonder what happened there...Wizards never led though (Y)

Go Nuggz, 1 down 14 to go.

Yeah K-mart is gone and possibly gone from the Nuggets for good i reckon. Next game we get Nene back, hopefully he can start to earn his 10 million dollar contract while Melo is gone.

So, Nuggets fans, how does it feel that you're 99.9% gonna get Iverson at the expense of Joe Smith, Andre Miller, and I think a pick or two?

Two of the top scorers in the NBA on the same court. Should be interesting to see what happens. That is, as soon as Carmello comes back from his suspension.

A little help here, has that ever happened in the League? The two top-scorers on the same team?
