It's pretty good, but still too dark I think.
When you've seen an actual game, you realize how bright the overall lighting is on the court and the players, it's pretty intense...

Too dark. Increase the Ambient lighting to get the jerseys white, it will also increase the player brightness. You can always compensate with Colour0 and Colour1 for the players.

alright, but not too bright, too bright make the player unrealistic and total different feeling from your screenshot

try to tweak

UniformDiffuse
UniformSpecular
UniformSpecularPower

to give the jersey a bit glow effect

The skin looks real nice, but once again setting the brightness so low doesn't reflect how bright a real court is, IMO. Trust me, the lights are so bright in reality that the courts are freaking christmas trees :wink:
