First of all, I'd like to tell you guys that the roster is done apart from the ratings, which will be obtained from College Hoops 2K7 hopefully.

Everything looks good so far!
But using ratings from a different style game play type seems like a bit of a stretch?
How is that going to work?
I have been an active member at Operation sports for years, and I tell you the out of box freshman ratings for college hoops have not been accurate at all.

Maybe you could try another route?
Like have a team of people who have created a roster in the past for NBA Live; do one team each?
I say all this, because the roster is the backbone of the (Mod), and without excellent ratings proper game play can not be obtained.

I kinda feel you but..
I'm in Europe so I can't watch too many NCAA games, especially since you can't buy ESPN Full-Court for internet-viewing anymore. So that makes it close to impossible for me to do the ratings (since they can't be based on stats only).
No way on earth I'm even going to find 3 (let alone 45) legit ratings patchers for this mod. I could use Dirtdog1's ratings for his NCAA Mod for Live 05 that is about to be released, but he didn't include all the teams I have.

Im going to be the one grabbing the 2k7 ratings. We are using them because, well, its just the easiest way. We have rating programs that look at stats but it wouldnt be logical to use those because, well, freshman havent played any real games.

What we should do is use 2k7 ratings then when we get to the end of the season (or half way thru) we re-do the ratings.

@RSox: I honestly appreciate your offer, but unfortunately there will be no portraits done for this mod. It has close
to 600 players in the roster, so it'll be impossible to do it and portraits for just a few people won't look good IMO.
@Jing: Right now, I won't include UMass, as I said this list of teams is the final one. Since Jao's asked me too, I'll look into it when the main mod is done.

remember that the duke jerseys with the shoulder stripes (like the one shown above) will only be an alternate, the duke classic is still the one they ae using for this season.

Everybody, thanks for the support. Without any comments here I'm sure it would be harder to motivate myself for this.
@cocobee, it's possible to add teams after the 'main' patch is done, not sure if I will be the one doing it though. And no, right now I'm not playing 06 but I sure am going to when this is finished.
@xEMMJAYx, OJ Mayo is still a senior in college. This mod does have his buddy Bill Walker at Kansas State and another high school phenom Greg Oden at Ohio State.
