yes, I can't move / create collision objects, so yes you will be able to run through those walls

I'd say I'm about 50% done with the Practice part, and I havent started on the 5v5 part yet. I gotta figure out what Im going to put in that room and how Im going to cover up the other basket. Then the other issue is you can't see your player while he's in the room, so i gotta figure that out too.


The practice court will come in different colors....blue, green, red, yellow/gold, and black. So you can have one for your NBA team.

It will consist of two different courts.
1. Will replace the 1v1 / practice court with the ability to view the 5v5 side.
2. Will add a court to the "play now" screen with the ability to view the 1v1 / practice side.


So basically Your going to be able to play practice/1v1/5v5 all in this 1 gym.


Im also going to put shit on the walls, banners, doors, ect ect. There will be benches and junk around probably too.

haha, Jing showed me some screens of that when he was over and thats where I got the idea for this.


as for the window Idea, I might change the upper windows to clear ones (all of the walls in the court so far are from the trans.ebo so everything can become transparent)

Updated textures from 2003 so everything is hi-res (right down to individual leaves)

Very nice court - I was wondering 2 things:

1. Is there really no way to override the reflections? Did they remove this feature along with the '06 Urban practice court?

2. Is there any crazy way to add this court in addition to the default practice gym? I recall you being able to do this in some crazy way for 06, but the courts ended up on the team select menu as well.

there is really no logical way as of right now to override reflections. I did it in 06 by deleting the court itself and having a court texture underneath. When you try to do that in 07 all Lines disappear and the players get this weird ass "reflection" shoe underneath them

There is no way to have more than 1 practice/1v1 court this year. The "crazy way" I got courts in the game last year without replacing any other courts was for 5v5 games. And yes I will be re-doing that mod for 06....once I figure out how to create .bat files.

cant dribble to other court....and i tried really hard to get baskets on the other court it just looks really really reall bad...there is no good way to do it without more textures. Ask bigh0rt, he tried helping me


Still to do: Step 1: Bugs
Fix the padding on the sides
Fix those banners
Make the outside daytime

Step 2: 5v5
Move the court down so the 5v5 part will work....
....should be easy, but I know that I just jinxed myself

Step 3: Iron out all the visual quirks and "create" the court mod for 07 so you can play this 5v5 without replacing any courts...

BTW Atten: I Need help. If you know how to create .bat files that modify the dbfs PLEASE PM me!


Time for me to bitch: This court has kicked my ass, its very difficult to maintain and get 3 different ebo files to work together (trans, std, and crt ebos) Im releasing this POS tomorrow so i can move on.
