Take Your Game Back

Hi Guys,

I made the mistake of buying this game too, for PS2 but there is a way to get NBA2K7 if you want. You can take your game back to where you bought it and say you think there is a glitch and they will give you a new sealed copy, they will not give you a refund or exchange for a different game because it has been opened. This is what EB did for me.

Then I took the new NBA LIVE 07 to my local Best Buy and told them i got it as a gift but i already had it and wanted to exchange it and they let me exchange it and I did so for NBA2k7 which has MUCH MUCH better--- Gamplay & the Graphics are way better. Its like night and day trust me on this.

Just wish the menu layouts were as good as Live's though.

If I were you I will try to return it to Wal-mart. Most likely they will give you store credit.

If its opened its not that simple. Computer games after hey have been opened generally will not be accepted, with disc copying being what it is these days. I used to work at a wal-mart, honestly thats a good idea, they will give you store credit for the purchase, no hassles, just say its not working and theyll take it back. PC users for the most part are f*cked. enjoy your table coasters...

Folks, this game was released with major bugs. As consumers, people are not at the mercy of the stores or the developer or publisher. There are laws about product basic functionality.

Yeah, but the stores dont care when it comes to already opened games. When i started talking about the bugs of the game to EB the guys like all games have some kind of glictches blah blah blah we cant take back opened games blah blah policy this policy that....... and hes like i need to talk to EA about it...

I know we dont deserve this but i learned a valueable lesson, next time i need to do my research before i buy and not go on my previous experiences with the game.. You could say that i bought the game based on trust toward the series.. and after playing it i i felt like "I CAUGHT MY GIRLFRIEND CHEATING ON ME" LOL.... not that she ever has... haaaaaaaaaaa

I have the ps2 version, and the only glitch that bothers me is how the computer can be unstoppable. . .and they don't do any subs!! other than that the game plays fine for me. . still pickin up 2k7 though, I'll do my dynasty thing in that and keep live for 2player gaming
