Suns played a hell of a game until a stretch in the 4th quarter. Then Nash scored 10 points in a row and assisted on a Marion dunk (basically 12 points in a row he created). And Diaw...oh man.

This seems to be a playoffs to remember. I think I'll start watching all the games from now on. I'll give Phoenix credit for always coming through when I thought they wouldnt.

These playoffs have been absolutely breathtaking. Other than the Bucks and Grizzlies series, all the series have been exciting to watch. I can't remember a time where I've been so excited to watch basketball - maybe since my Jazz went to the Finals in both 1997 and '98.

Whoa, another great game. Suns come from behind and win by 3. Diaw and Nash really played well.

The Mavs big men and defense didn't become a problem as I expected for the Suns. Maybe that's because the Suns still managed to be in their run-and-gun game.

I was never insinuating that Amare is a great defensive player, but he is a good rebounder. For the Suns, when they're giving up a lot of points, it's on the offensive rebounds. Steve Nash explained it pretty much the same after tonights game... they play hard on defense, but they have to double team so often that when they do force a missed shot, the opponent gets an easy put back. If they had Amare (or even Kurt Thomas for that matter) there would be less double teaming, and fewer easy follow ups. Before Kurt Thomas got injured, they were only giving up about 101 ppg, and considering how quickly they score, that's not a whole lot.

Great shot by my favourite frenchman. The fact that they've now taken one IN Dallas gives me a lot of hope for the series.

Amare isn't that good of a rebounder. He gets as many as he does simply by jumping. But his positioning and all that is pretty crappy. Put him up against a team that's actually crashing the boards and they steal a lot from him.

Im still depressed about Bell though I mean that could be absolutely devastating, Nevertheless Im so proud of the guys and we have done our task in splitting the first 2 games, If we win game 2 it would just be a massive bonus

I wasn't comparing him to a high-school team or something, I was saying that compared to the rest of the league he isn't that good.

Can't you find someone else to argue with? I said he was a good rebounder, I never made some extravagant claim. Whether he gets rebounds by jumping or by positioning, it doesn't really matter, they still count the same. A lot of that has to do with how the Suns play defense... :roll:

IMO, Suns are lucky to be in the position they are right now (up 70-68).

B'ah.

The shorthanded nature of the team caught up to them today. Didn't get enough from everyone, especially Barbosa and his 8 points. Chump. Great game by Diaw though, the guy has become so much more agressive and is drilling those short-range shots he was missing earlier in the playoffs.

they should have a 2 day break before Game 5 so that both teams are fresh and everyone is at their best.

I think i had Dallas @ 4-1.....but it'll be a close series, so it could go 4-1 either way right now.

coming from a Suns' fan, that seems real harsh....he might've had a bad game, but the Suns wouldn't have gotten out of the 1st Round without him....or maybe I'm just missing something, but being called a 'chump' is quite an insult
