Well, it would if I controlled my team in Dynasty mode, but I simulate all games so injuries hurt far more than if I directly control them. Therefore I like having a deep bench.

C: Bogut (99) [Ins. Scorer/Ins. Stopper]
PF: Wilcox (80) [Highflyer/Ins. Stopper]
SF: James (99) [Out. Scorer/Out. Stopper]
SG: Ginobili (94) [Out. Scorer/Out. Stopper]
PG: Ford (87) [Playmaker/Out. Stopper]

I know I could get a better PF but I like Wilcox there because he doesn't take many shots so Bogut, James and Ginobili can have more shots. I don't play with this team, just sim through (58 game seasons). They went 51-7 last season and have one the championship every season since the fantasy draft (because I actually play the elimination playoff games). This is the 5-6th season, I can't remember and they are still getting better. I also have a nice bench too :)

My Hornets one in year 3

C - Amare Stoudemire (92)
PF - Anderson Varejao (75)
SF - Stephen Jackson (73)
SG - JR Smith (83)
PG - Chris Paul (80)

Pretty Realistic...aquired Troy Murphy from FA then dumped him for Stephen Jackson...

Then traded Magloire + rookie Center (75) for Amare

and then CP3 and JR Smith just progressed crazy....

Yeah, in that team I posted above with Bogut, Wilcox... I have JR Smith as my 6th man and he did progress like crazy without me even playing or training him.

That line-up is WAY WAY too stacked,

Ming and Amare would be enough with a decent PG like Ford and just some shooting type guys at SF and SG, that would be a more enjoyable in the sense of strategic wins instead of just pwning

The Swarm! I used the Hornet's team<of course>

original:
C Stromile Swift
PF Kirelenko
SF Josh Smith
SG Iguodala
PG Speedy Claxton

When Josh Smith's cheap ass contract was up, I did a sign and trade to get Jamal Tinsley and Sebastian Telfair for Smith, Claxton and some 67 rated cpu generated rookie my team auto-drafted. I had trained Smith up to around around a 90 overall...so I couldn't afford him... My criteria is high speed and defensive skills. I just played a high pressure trapping defense and forced tons of turnovers. hehe. Led to tons of fast breaks.

Current lineup:
C:Stormile Swift<now an inside stopper with 85spd>
PF Kirelenko <Always been a defensive guru, but now with 80 spd>
SF Iguodala <My franchise man. high flyer/defensive stopper gets most of the fast break points>
SG Tinsley<Kinda old but Outside stopper with good speed>
PG Telfair <Now 70stl, 70Daware and as always fast as hell>

Held a team to under 35 points and forced 42 turnovers in one game. haha. That was with 12 minute quarters and on superstar. :P I know it isn't realistic...but I have found that realism just aint gonna happen in this game with the amount of O. Rebounds and wierd quirks...so thought I would have fun with it. hehe. It is by far one of the best ways to relieve stress. Just totally clobber your opponents. Try it! :P

atlanta , on the 6th season :"
C-Amare Stoudamire - 98....Power
PF- Dwight Howard - 96..........Power
SF-Josh Smith - 99 ..............High Flyer
SG-Joe Smith - 90................Shooter
PG-LeBron James - 99..........Power

i also have marvin williams with 86 and emeka okafor with 89 on the bench , and the rest of my players r between 60 - 50 and r my drafts , cap space - 47m , lol
u might think i'm nuts using lebron as pg , well he has 99 quickness , 99 steal , 99 off aware , 99 def aware , and combine with power in offensive he's unstopable.
i used larry hughes before lebron but he began to slowly decrease in rating and when he reached sumthin' like 88 i trade him for lebron (99) along with 2 rookies ... now this is a good trade :D
and damn , there is no good center that's why i use amare as a c , all the high rated c are unknown rookies ; bogut has some skills but he's not one of my favs
