[video - help] make the clip size smaller

is there any way to compress the movie file I made?
or to export the movie file so that it's not this big~
(The size is just unreal right now... it's only 13 seconds and it's 30 Mb...)

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro~...

You need to download a program called VitrualDub.

You then need to download the latest DivX codec from DivX.

Open the video using VirtualDub goto compression and choose the DivX codec then save the movie.

You can also make it even smaller by compressing the audio using a program called Goldwave.

I'll tell you what BBBBBlockMe, I'll download your vid and compress it for you, just tell me what codec you want(Divx, Xvid, WMV), or tell me how big/small you want it.

I'm wondering where do I get: "DivX ; - ) MPEG-4 Low-Motion"
that name in the quote is from 1 of the pic in the site, under the sentence "Up pops the following box below. Choose Mpeg-4 Low-Motion and hit the configure button (highlighted in red)."
