hey guys after trying to get someone to make a cyberface for me and being unsuccesfull i tried to make one myself this is what it turned out like omg it was bad and even worse in game because i couldnt work out how to set the headshape in the dbf.



Can someone please do a cyber face for me?? here are some pictures.

ok it imports into the game but the headshape is wrong?? do i have to edit a dbf to get the right headshape? i want to use kirk heirichs head shape because thats who i used as the cyberfaxe template

I'd say that's a nice try for a first timer it looks horrible but you'll get the hang of it eventually... i've only tried making a cyberface for someone already in the game , i haven't tried making one for myself....

You'll get the hang of cyberface making eventually... just keep reading tutorials

Alright, I gave it a go just now...
and sorry, Jopps5, I had to adjust ur skin tone to fit the template, the photos are a little bit too dark...
btw, who's cyberface is that(the template)? sorry I cannot recognize the guy...

Anyways, here it is, yep, your eyes may look smaller than they should be, but should be fine in game if u are planning to use the headshape which the template belongs to...(haven't tried it though)

headshape? you can't do that through dbf editing, you have to manually extract all the relevent files from viv files, rename it, then place them in sgsm folder.

so in your case, if you are using kirk hinrich's headshape:

1. use EAGraph to open
   Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 06\sgsm\players\plyrlodb.viv
2. locate hinrich's headshape file (kihinriB.ebo), extract it to a place where you can remember.
3. do the same with plyrlodc.viv and plyrlodd.viv, if you are going to add headbands and shades, you'll have to extract the related files too from plyrgrX.viv(X: b, c, d). namely the kihinrichX_headband.ebo and kinhinriX_google.ebo (same... X: b, c, d)
4. rename all those ebo files according to your ID7. For example, Michael Jordan's ID7 will be mijorda (2 from first name + 5 from last name), so you have to rename those files to be:
   mijordaB.ebo
   mijordaC.ebo
   mijordaD.ebo
   mijordaB_google.ebo
   mijordaC_google.ebo
   mijordaD_google.ebo
   mijordaB_headband.ebo
   mijordaC_headband.ebo
   mijordaD_headband.ebo
5. put all those renamed file to your sgsm folder, done, start game

That's how you gonna look in game: (with Kirk Hinrich's headshape)

Off-topic (or maybe not): Does the headshape choice have to have the same skin tone as the cyberface you're making? Ex. could you use Shaq's head for a white guy?

nope, skin tone doesn't matter...
think that this way, a cyberface is like a piece of paper wrapped around the headshape. It can be any color, yet the headshape itself won't be affected.

cocobee for live 04 managed to get Point God's cyberface to have spiky hair that actually rose up, but i dunno how.
Ha is the korean guy, but no spiky hair for him, its kinda a flowing bowl cut hair.
