For 2k21 if I download a cyberface and it shows the name in 7zip instead of the face Id and png number how can I find out the numbers?

gotta use Loohy roster editor tool.

In your example, Jonathan Bender is not included in the game. Meaning you either need a roster where he is included or you need to create him yourself. In both ways, use Looyhs Roster Editor Tool and lookup/change the Cyberface ID of the player.

I figured it out. I already knew about the 2ktools. When I downloaded it and tried the rename option in 7zip to change the face id I wasn't allowed to but once I dragged the bender file into the directory then I was allowed to changed the face id to a number of my choice.
