Offer dialogue

Anyone ever experienced doing a counteroffer for a specific brand - but the dialogue/conversation itself does not scroll down? Do you have any fix for this? Thank you in advanced!

I'm not sure if anyone but 2K could provide a technical fix, but I'm guessing the only workaround is to close the game, restart the conversation, and not enter negotiations with a counteroffer. That's annoying, though.
