Create a Cyberface help

[b]please help...how could I create my own Cyberface...I have read any topics and downloaded a lot of programs like Blender and 3d max..it was not easy matter as I thought so please help...there are few guys who create CF for money but the problem is not money but how could I send it..I live in Syria and there is destructive wat takes place here..so there is no way...please help I am a pro basketballer and I love NBA2k14 so much

Heres a link to some dds files like the face, arms, and the green face you can assign them to some ones face that looks like you using the 3DM nba 2k12 mod tool. Or you can edit the face in blender if you want.
