Just Make A Shortcut Of The Exe File Then...

Click Properties


Then Click Change Icon

But where do I get the actual other icons?

You can make a custom icon fairly easily. All you need to do is get an image that you want to use, make sure it's cropped to a square, re-size it to 64x64, and save it as a Windows icon (.ico) file. That can be done in Photoshop, or its free alternative, GIMP.

Once you saved a custom icon file, you can assign it in the window that Tha2KProphet has posted above. Just click the Browse button, browse to where you've saved the icon, and select it.
