retro team id list

meant for the tutorial section

i'm doing some personal modding so i had to discover all of the retro team id's. the new 2k16 'retro' teams are easily identifiable in 2k explorer, but the older retros aren't labeled and can be confusing... especially with all of the lakers and bulls teams.

keep in mind that i did this according to the floors, but i assume that the same numbers intertwine with stadiums and other files for those given teams as well. i didn't double check these, so there could errors here and there.

hope this makes it easier for some of you folks looking to mod these teams.

huh? it is finished. like i said, i didn't include the new 00'-10' retro teams because they're obvious in 2k explorer. you're more than welcome to add them though.
